Asset Five Group Public Company Limited (A5) has unveiled its 2026 vision under the banner “Scaling the Core, Shaping the Future,” aiming to leverage its strength in luxury residential development to build an integrated Luxury Living Ecosystem. The company has launched two new businesses—A5 Design and Upper Class Solution—to raise the standard of luxury living. A5 is targeting THB 1.6 billion in sales this year and plans to develop five new projects worth more than THB 5.14 billion in high-potential locations, while its sales backlog has reached THB 967 million.
Mr. Supachoke Panchasarp, Chief Executive Officer of Asset Five Group Public Company Limited (A5), said demand in Thailand’s luxury residential market remained resilient in 2026, supported by affluent buyers, despite intensifying competition.
The company will continue to prioritise project quality, high-potential locations and designs tailored to the lifestyles of high-net-worth customers, with the aim of preserving margins and strengthening the business over the long term.
Rather than pursuing expansion for its own sake, A5 will focus this year on quality growth under its “Scaling the Core, Shaping the Future” vision. The strategy combines the expansion of its core business with new growth engines through a five-pillar model.
The five pillars comprise:
- Luxury residential development, A5’s core area of expertise;
- A5 Design, an architecture, design and construction business built on the group’s existing capabilities;
- Upper Class Solution, which provides services and residential solutions for affluent customers; and
- Two additional businesses, which are being evaluated for future investment.
Each investment will be assessed according to its growth potential and expected returns. The strategy is intended to diversify A5’s revenue base, increase the contribution of recurring income and improve the stability of its cash flow and financial position. Further details of the two prospective businesses are expected to emerge at a later stage.
“We aim to generate sustainable growth without relying on a single source of revenue,” Mr. Supachoke said.
“Our strategy builds on our property development expertise to create a broader business ecosystem covering design, project development and the long-term management of customers’ living experiences.”
THB 967m Backlog Supports Revenue Visibility
A5’s projects have continued to receive a positive market response. As of December 2025, the company had a sales backlog of THB 967 million from Cinq Royal The Eighteen Bangna KM.7, VANA Ratchapruek–Westville, CINQUIÈME Krungthep Kreetha, and Rachaya.
Ownership transfers are expected to be completed progressively from the first quarter of 2026, supporting continued revenue recognition.
A5 Design Expands Beyond Group Projects
One of A5’s new businesses, A5 Design, is an Asset Five subsidiary providing integrated design-and-build services for luxury homes. Its services span concept development, architecture and interior design through to construction management.
Mr. Nattaphon Phon-aneek, Head of Business Unit at A5 Design, said the business was built on Asset Five’s more than 10 years of experience in luxury property development.
“We believe a good home is not defined by attractive design alone. It must be shaped by a deep understanding of its residents and meticulous attention to every stage of construction, creating a home that delivers quality, beauty and lasting value,” he said.
In addition to providing design and construction services for projects within the A5 group, A5 Design is expanding its customer base to external clients to capitalise on continued growth in the luxury housing market. The business is expected to become another important contributor to A5’s long-term growth.
Upper Class Solution Targets Post-Handover Experience
A5’s second new business, Upper Class Solution, is a subsidiary of Asset Five Development. It combines property management with home expert and lifestyle services to enhance the residential experience at luxury developments.
Mr. Nattawat Luangwiset, Head of Business Unit at Upper Class Solution, said effective property management extended beyond maintaining buildings, facilities and operating systems.
“It is also about preserving a development’s standards and continuously improving the residents’ living experience over the long term,” he said.
Five New Projects Planned by 2029
A5 plans to develop five new projects with a combined value exceeding THB 5.14 billion by 2029. The developments will be located in high-potential residential areas including Krungthep Kreetha, Ratchapruek, Phatthanakan, and Ramintra–Watcharaphon.
The pipeline is intended to capture continued demand in the luxury housing market and expand the company’s long-term business potential.
The launch of A5 Design and Upper Class Solution marks A5’s transition beyond conventional property development towards an integrated Luxury Living Ecosystem covering design, project development and long-term residential services, laying the foundation for more diversified and sustainable growth.
