Together, the companies are developing Let’s Relax Wellness Destination in Na Jomtien, Pattaya—a new luxury leisure landmark reflecting the continued growth of premium wellness lifestyle and hospitality trends in Thailand and internationally.
Mr. Supachoke Panchasarp, Chief Executive Officer of Asset Five Group Public Company Limited (A5), a developer of luxury low-rise and high-rise properties, said A5 is extending its Premium Construction and Lifestyle business through its subsidiary A5 Design. The company is participating in the development of SPA’s Let’s Relax Wellness Destination in Na Jomtien, reflecting increasing demand among Thai and international consumers for premium wellness lifestyle and hospitality experiences.
A5 Design is responsible for the principal construction works for the resort and restaurant components. Developed under the “Wellness Destination” concept, the project brings together nature, relaxation, health and quality lifestyle experiences for a new generation of consumers who place greater value on well-being and restorative travel. Completion is scheduled for Q3 2026, with further development planned for the future.
