Bangkok, April 29, 2025 – Asset Five Group Public Company Limited (A5), a leading luxury real estate developer, held its 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders via electronic media, during which shareholders approved a cash dividend payment of THB 0.10 per share. The total dividend payout will not exceed THB 117,800,004.50, representing 16.63% of the company’s net profit after legal reserve for the fiscal year 2024.
Mr. Supachoke Panchasarp, Chief Executive Officer of A5, revealed that the shareholders also approved the issuance of up to 241,876,946 units of the Company’s Warrants to Purchase Ordinary Shares No. 5 (A5-W5). These warrants will be allocated free of charge to existing shareholders at a ratio of 5 existing shares to 1 warrant unit. Each warrant entitles the holder to purchase one new ordinary share at an exercise price of THB 2.00 per share. The warrants will have a term of 24 months from the issuance date. The Record Date for determining eligible shareholders is set for March 10, 2025.
The issuance of A5-W5 warrants aims to support the company’s future business expansion and strengthen its financial flexibility for ongoing operations and working capital.
In addition, the shareholders approved an increase in the company’s registered capital by THB 120,938,473.00, from THB 785,197,533.00 to THB 906,136,006.00, through the issuance of 241,876,946 new ordinary shares with a par value of THB 0.50 per share to accommodate the exercise of A5-W5 warrants.
