Asset Five Group Public Company Limited (A5) has underscored its financial strength amid continued challenges in Thailand’s property market after fully redeeming its AFIVE262A debentures, issued under Debenture Offering No. 1/2024, with an outstanding principal of THB 231.3 million. The company repaid the principal and interest in full upon maturity on 2 February 2026, with no rollover, reflecting its sound financial discipline and commitment to maintaining long-term confidence among debenture holders.
Miss Nichaorn Trithipharat, Chief Financial Officer of Asset Five Group Public Company Limited, said the successful repayment demonstrated not only A5’s financial discipline and accountability to debenture holders, but also the effectiveness of its prudent capital management policy. The move will further strengthen the company’s financial position and bolster confidence among investors and other stakeholders.
Despite the challenging environment in the property debenture market, A5 continues to maintain healthy liquidity and remains well positioned to pursue its business operations and future expansion.
The company is moving ahead with property development while recalibrating its business strategy and introducing new ventures to support sustainable growth. A5 aims to diversify its revenue base, reduce its reliance on property development income, mitigate exposure to market volatility, and build a more resilient revenue structure over the long term.
A key element of the strategy is the company’s expansion into integrated residential services through two new businesses: Upper Class Solution, a premium home services platform, and A5 Design, which provides residential design, interior decoration, renovation, and extension services.
Both businesses are supported by specialist teams with an in-depth understanding of the luxury residential market and expertise in delivering distinctive designs tailored to the lifestyles of high-end customers.
“A5 continues to deliver growth on the back of its strong project portfolio and sales backlog, while expanding into integrated residential services. These new businesses will broaden our revenue-generating capabilities and provide another key driver of the company’s long-term growth,” Miss Nichaorn said.
Upper Class Solution and A5 Design are expected to strengthen and diversify A5’s revenue base while complementing the company’s core property development business.
Meanwhile, A5 remains focused on developing luxury residential projects under the CINQ ROYAL, Cinquième, and VANA brands in prime locations across eastern Bangkok. The projects have continued to attract strong interest from buyers with genuine housing demand.
A5’s current project portfolio has a combined development value of more than THB 4.32 billion. As of December 2025, the company had secured a sales backlog of THB 791 million, providing revenue visibility from the first quarter of 2026 onwards as ownership transfers are progressively completed.
