With commitment to develop real estate projects under a new concept, Mr. Supachoke Panjasap, Chief Executive Officer of Asset Five Group Public Company Limited, and Mr. Thitiwat Kuwichitsuwan, Executive Director of Capstone Asset Company Limited, announced a joint venture to develop a super luxury condominium project, with freehold ownership, under the name Tonson One Residence in a prime location in Bangkok of Ploenchit-Tonson-Lang Suan area, only 300 meters close to BTS Chidlom, at an opening price starting of 20 million baht and a total project value of 2,900 million baht.<\/p>
