Upper Class Solution, A5\u2019s integrated residential management and homeowner-care business, has partnered with GUNKUL, a leading clean-energy company, to install Solar Rooftop systems for A5 homeowners. The initiative supports the government\u2019s \u201cPeople\u2019s Solar\u201d policy by making clean energy more accessible, safe and suitable for each home.<\/span><\/p>\n Mr. Natthawat Luangviset, Head of Business Unit, Upper Class Solution Co., Ltd., said the company is working with Gunkul Engineering Public Company Limited (GUNKUL), an energy and electrical-systems specialist with more than 40 years of experience, to support Solar Rooftop installations for A5 homeowners and other interested customers. The systems enable households to generate electricity for their own use, reduce energy costs and, subject to applicable rules and conditions, sell surplus power back to the grid\u2014helping households participate in Thailand\u2019s clean-energy transition and progress towards a low-carbon society.<\/span><\/p>\n The partnership combines GUNKUL\u2019s clean-energy and Solar Rooftop expertise with Upper Class Solution\u2019s knowledge of residential management and the specific house types, structures, building systems and resident needs across A5 projects. This enables the installation process to be coordinated for each home with careful attention to performance, safety, aesthetics and project standards, while meeting each family\u2019s long-term energy needs.<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cAn effective Solar Rooftop system must be designed to fit both the home and the residents\u2019 way of life. Because energy-use patterns differ, Upper Class Solution selects an appropriate system for each home and manages every step through a single point of contact, making the transition to clean energy simple and reassuring.<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cThis collaboration reflects A5\u2019s progression from residential development to comprehensive quality-of-life care. Solar Rooftop is not merely a way to reduce electricity bills; it helps strengthen a family\u2019s long-term energy security amid unpredictable global energy volatility.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n Participating customers receive end-to-end support, including consultation and coordination, system sizing and design based on site and energy use, return-on-investment analysis, cost-saving guidance and document support for applicable government programmes.<\/span><\/p>\n Upper Class Solution also offers payment in up to three interest-free instalments\u2014on order confirmation, installation and within one month after installation\u2014together with a solar-panel warranty of up to 25 years and one year of fire insurance with coverage of up to THB 1 million. Estimated payback is approximately five to seven years.*<\/span><\/p>\n Eligible individuals may deduct qualifying Solar Rooftop equipment and installation expenses actually paid, up to THB 200,000, for an On-Grid system connected to the Metropolitan Electricity Authority or Provincial Electricity Authority and supported by a full-form e-Tax Invoice. The measure applies through 31 December 2028, subject to Revenue Department criteria and conditions.<\/span><\/p>\n The programme runs from 1 August to 31 December 2026 for homeowners and customers purchasing homes in participating projects. System capacity, installation design and other conditions will be determined by the house, structure, energy-use pattern and on-site survey to deliver an appropriate solution for each family.<\/span><\/p>\n The service is available to homeowners in all projects and is not limited to A5 residents. It marks another step in using clean energy to enhance Quality of Life\u2014helping homes save energy, use it more intelligently, reduce environmental impact and prepare for future living needs. A5\u2019s care continues throughout the ownership journey, beyond the day a home is handed over.<\/span><\/p>\n *Payback period varies according to system capacity, electricity-use pattern, electricity tariff and actual site conditions.
