Bangkok, 15 May 2026 \u2013 Asset Five Group Public Company Limited (A5) reported total revenue of THB 215.74 million for the first quarter of 2026, with a sales backlog of THB 1.06286 billion. Demand for its luxury developments remained healthy, particularly CINQ ROYAL The Eighteen Bangna KM.7, where sales have exceeded 70%, underscoring the resilience of purchasing power among affluent customers despite ongoing economic volatility.<\/span><\/p>\n

A5 is expanding into new businesses while developing a comprehensive Luxury Living Ecosystem through enhanced products, services and residential experiences. Wellness Living will form another core pillar of project development, supporting the lifestyles and long-term quality of life of luxury customers. These initiatives are designed to create a new growth curve and increase recurring revenue, with contributions from the new businesses expected to be recognised progressively from the third quarter of 2026.<\/span><\/p>\n

Mr. Supachoke Panchasarp, Chief Executive Officer of Asset Five Group Public Company Limited (A5), said the company recorded total revenue of THB 215.74 million and a net loss of THB 11.85 million in Q1 2026. The key factors were the subdued economy and property market, which led financial institutions to tighten lending criteria and delayed certain ownership transfers pending credit approval. The company also pursued proactive marketing and inventory-management strategies to accelerate sales amid intense competition.<\/span><\/p>\n

Nevertheless, A5 is confident that operating performance will improve steadily over the remainder of the year, supported by backlog recognition and positive sales and transfer trends at ready-to-move-in projects. As of 13 May 2026, the company\u2019s backlog totalled THB 1.06286 billion, generated by key developments including CINQ ROYAL The Eighteen Bangna KM.7, where sales have exceeded 70%; CINQUI\u00c8ME Krungthep Kreetha; VANA Ratchapruek\u2013Westville; and Rachaya Ekkamantra in Udon Thani. Revenue will be recognised progressively, providing a stable earnings base and supporting long-term growth.<\/span><\/p>\n

In Q2 2026, the company will focus on accelerating sales and transfers at completed projects while carefully managing costs and liquidity to preserve profitability and generate cash flow efficiently. A5 will also continue refining its product strategy across design, residential functionality and services to differentiate its offering and meet the expectations of luxury customers seeking more than a residence.<\/span><\/p>\n
