Mr. Supachoke Panchasarp, Chief Executive Officer of Asset Five Group Public Company Limited (A5),<\/b> said the company recorded total revenue of THB 1.314 billion and net profit of THB 102.95 million in 2025.<\/span><\/p>\n The results were supported by the completion of sales at <\/span>CINQ ROYAL Krungthep Kreetha<\/b>, an ultra-luxury detached housing project with a total development value exceeding THB 3.5 billion, as well as the phased transfer of units at <\/span>Cinq Royal The Eighteen Bangna KM.7<\/b>, <\/span>VANA Ratchapruek\u2013Westville<\/b>, and <\/span>CINQUI\u00c8ME Krungthep Kreetha<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n At the end of December 2025, A5 had secured a sales backlog of THB 791 million, which is expected to be progressively recognised as revenue through 2026. Additional revenue from existing projects is scheduled to begin flowing into the company\u2019s accounts in the first quarter.<\/span><\/p>\n A5\u2019s financial position remained solid, with a debt-to-equity ratio of 1.20 times and a current ratio of 5.14 times. Cash flow from operating activities stood at THB 223.44 million, underscoring the company\u2019s ability to manage liquidity and fund future business expansion.<\/span><\/p>\n The board has also resolved to propose a dividend payment of THB 0.05 per share, representing a total payout of THB 58.90 million.
