Asset Five Group Public Company Limited (A5), a leading luxury real estate developer in Thailand, has announced the successful completion of its debenture offering No. 1\/2025. The bonds, with a maturity of 1 year and 6 months (due in 2027), received overwhelming demand from institutional and high-net-worth investors, far exceeding expectations. This strong response reflects investor confidence in the company\u2019s business potential and financial fundamentals.<\/p>\n

Mr. Supachoke Panjasup, Chief Executive Officer of A5, revealed that the subscription period, held from August 5\u20137, 2025, through several securities companies \u2014 including Pi Securities, Dao Securities (Thailand), Globlex Securities, Merchant Partners Securities, and Beyond Securities \u2014 attracted significant interest. The proceeds will be used primarily for debt repayment (roll-over), short-term working capital for the company and subsidiaries, and to strengthen A5\u2019s financial position for sustainable growth.<\/p>\n

The debentures are named, unsubordinated, unsecured, with a debenture holder representative, carrying an annual interest rate of 7.50%, payable quarterly. The issuer also reserves the right to redeem the bonds before maturity.<\/p>\n

The company also plans to launch a new ultra-luxury residential project in the second half of 2025, targeting high-potential locations that offer strong long-term value for both living and investment purposes.<\/p>\n
