The offering includes unsubordinated and unsecured debentures with a debentureholders\u2019 representative. The company reserves the right to redeem the debentures prior to maturity. These debentures have a tenor of 1 year and 6 months, maturing in 2027, with an annual interest rate ranging from <b>7.20% to 7.50%<\/b>, and interest payments every three months throughout the bond\u2019s term.<\/p>\n<p>The offering is targeted at institutional and\/or high-net-worth investors. The proceeds from the debenture issuance will be used as working capital for Asset Five and its subsidiaries, strengthening financial flexibility and supporting the company\u2019s ongoing growth. Subscription for the debentures is expected to take place from <b>August 5 to 7, 2025<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p><b>Mr. Supachoke Panchasarp<\/b>, Chief Executive Officer of Asset Five Group Public Company Limited, stated:<br \/>\n\u201cWe have submitted the draft registration statement and prospectus to the SEC for our 1st\/2025 debenture offering. This issuance aims to secure funding for our group\u2019s working capital needs and further solidify our financial foundation. Our strong financial ratios and reliable repayment capability\u2014evidenced by past sales\u2014underpin this offering.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><b>Strong Project Pipeline and Market Response<\/b><br \/>\nCurrently, Asset Five has three active residential projects with a combined value exceeding <b>6.85 billion baht<\/b>.
