Job Responsibilities:

• Inspect and control the quality of construction work and review the quality of subcontractors’ work to ensure compliance with the company’s policies and plans.
• Take responsibility for quality control work by conducting inspections at three stages: incoming inspection, in-process inspection, and finished goods inspection.
• Inspect structural, architectural, and building system works to ensure accuracy according to plans and work phases, aiming to develop construction work to meet high-quality standards.
• Control and maintain the quality standards of construction work and products before delivery, ensuring compliance with standard systems.
• Receive notifications of issues during work and address them promptly to avoid construction process delays. Report issues to management immediately when problems arise.
• Monitor, record inspection results, and prepare reports on inspection outcomes and related documents.
• Follow up on tasks within one’s responsibility and complete them within specified timeframes.
• Improve the quality of construction work, work standards, identify issues, and find corrective solutions in accordance with the standards set by the Department of Public Works and Town & Country Planning.
• Develop control over engineers, as well as labor skills and subcontractors, to produce work in line with the company’s required standards.

Responsibilities:

• Planning and Defining Scope:
  Develop audit plans and define the scope of the audit.
• Review and establish work processes, including criteria, policies, and operational guidelines set by various units, ensuring compliance with laws and relevant regulations.
• Audit Execution: Inspect work processes as per the established plans, collecting supporting documents for identified issues.
• Prepare reports presenting the findings of the audit, including progress reports and urgent cases such as fraud or organizational damage.
• Follow-up and Reporting:
  Monitor the resolution of identified issues as per the decisions made during meetings.
• Prepare data for audit committee meetings and support the organization of quarterly audit committee meetings.

Responsibilities:

Workforce Planning and Recruitment:

• Verify staffing requirements and prepare documents and announcements for recruitment.
  Conduct recruitment through various channels, schedule interviews, and sign employment contracts.
• Prepare employee profiles for new hires and follow up on new employee trial periods.

Salary and Benefits:

• Extract employee work hours from Time Mint, summarizing employee work hours for submission to supervisors.
• Collect, summarize, and verify monthly, quarterly, and annual performance evaluations of employees.
• Coordinate social security, compensation funds, and general employee welfare payments.
• Prepare monthly reports summarizing employee welfare payments.
• Assess satisfaction with welfare benefits and compare the organization’s benefits with others.

Labor Relations:

• Organize activities to strengthen employee commitment to the department/organization.
• Coordinate with internal and external units to prepare for various activities.
• Provide advice on workplace regulations, employee discipline, and employee problems, answering employee questions regarding labor laws.

Training:

• Survey the training needs of each department annually (Training Need).
• Contact lecturers, institutions, and relevant agencies to send employees for training.
• Ensure employees attend training according to the training plan.
• Record training results and summarize post-training assessment information, both internally and externally.
