The value of the work I do
is reflected in the personal aspect of self-improvement. It involves developing skills in areas of the job that may not be my expertise but require taking on responsibilities to ensure high-quality outcomes. This effort pushes me to seek more knowledge, observe more, and engage in more conversations with others, contributing to the overall value of the work for the company.
Happiness at work,
is seeing the finished results, completed projects, and gathering lessons to carry forward. It involves storing the positive aspects to continue and improving upon the areas that need enhancement. It turns the challenges of future projects into opportunities for development. Witnessing the completion of a project reminds me of the initial stages, from searching for land to developing project plans, designing, selecting specifications, clearing front-end work, and eventually selling to customers.
